1. Services Offered
Anic Digital provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

2. Payment Terms
- Retainer-Based Services: Clients engaging in ongoing services are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Project-Based Services: For one-time projects, a deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before project initiation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
3. Refund Policy
- Retainer-Based Services: Payments made for monthly retainer services are non-refundable. Clients may cancel future services with appropriate notice as outlined in the Cancellation Policy below.
- Project-Based Services: Deposits for project-based services are non-refundable. If a client chooses to terminate a project after work has commenced, no refunds will be provided for payments already made.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Retainer-Based Services: Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance. Services will continue to be provided during this notice period, and clients will be billed accordingly.
- Project-Based Services: Clients may request to cancel a project before work has commenced. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded, minus any expenses incurred by Anic Digital. Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the client is responsible for the full project fee.
5. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services, Anic Digital may, at its sole discretion, offer partial refunds or credits toward future services. Such determinations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be addressed through direct communication between Anic Digital and the client. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and professionally.
